How model the beams section in RC moment resistance frame ? can we use the Mander Law in beams for increasing the core concrete resistance or the Mander Low is for columns (the members with axial compress force) ?

I modeled a 2D concrete frame and do a static analysis for gravity loads. When I record the element global Force there is 6 numbers for force but my model is 2D and 3 of freedom. Pleas tell me about means of the numbers.
