forced-based- and displacement-based-elements

I’d like to know if there any problem in mixing forced-based-elements with displacement-based-elements ?
In particular case mixing nonlinearBeamColumn to model a column and the zeroLengthSection to model the bond slip.
Best regards.

Strange. I run your code with OS Version 2.0.0 and got no convergence error!
OS results:

d: 1.8
fy:35000
E:20000000
eps:0.00173
Estimated yield curvature: 0.00137301587302

time duration

I’d like to know the time duration in seconds on an analysis.
There is any OS command or TCL command to know this?
Tanks in advanced.

I’m trying to use it really.
But I can’t understand how to define a new geometry.
It’s possible to define a new geometry.
I read briefly the manuals but I can’t find that.
