Hi all I use the commond "recorder Node -file $dataDir/P2Tdisp.txt -time -node 65 -dof 1 2 disp;" to get the node displacement. the result should be displayed in the form of 3 column, but at some time point, there will be 4 or 5 column as follow: 13.135 0.0648855 -0.0108434 13.14 0.0648572...

Problem of modeling impact

Hi everyone!
I used Impact Material to model pounding and I found that the parameter such as Keff, δy, K1 and K2 are all depend on the δm (the maximum penetration during the pounding event). But I don't know how to determine the value of δm. Could you please tell me how to get the value of δm?
